This place has every handle imaginable. They also have another showroom for kitchen and bath. You have to come in person and order well in advance as I learned the hard way.

We're going through a whole house remodel and purchased $2500 worth of cabinet hardware. A couple things didn't work out and we need additional hardware for our home that was not yet purchased. I called our sales person Steven Gomez to ask if we could exchange these items towards the purchase of additional hardware needed. He was very quick to say "probably not" but would look into it. He also was quick to offer that they had some of the hardware I needed in stock to sell me. Very quick to make a sale but not quick to help if not in their favor. Do not shop here. Based on the 3 star review we should not have either.

Great selection of items, but service is really bad. You need to make an appointment to come in, that in itself is a big inconvenience!

I was looking for refrigerator door handles to match my cabinets. I called Belmont Hardware and after speaking to "a man" on the phone was told to email the photo to him and he would get back to me. He did not get back to me as promised, so by the next day I followed up and reached a woman named Tammy who told me the guy was out on jury duty. Fortunately I reached out and she ended up being a magician! She patiently walked me through websites showing me what would match my photo. She found my handles, got the order placed and I couldn't believe that we received them the very next day. She got the job done so quickly, efficiently and got me the perfect product. Thanks Tammy for making it so easy!!

We needed handles and then found that they had opened next door a bathroom fixtures store.They have an amazing selection of everything you need for a bathroom.Joe the sales person was amazing. He was honest and straightforward about pricing and availability.After our terrible experience with Decorative Plumbing Supply of San Carlos this was such a relief.Highly recommended.

Joe went phenomenally above and beyond to help me fix my shower handle. Not only did this save me the $100 in parts I almost ordered from the manufacturer, but he figured out how to reattach it via email! Truly a superhero.

I had a complete remodel of my condo recently, and was most pleased with the help of Diana Cardia at Belmont Hardware. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very caring! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone doing bathroom or kitchen remodels.

easily worsts place to buy hardware they are just a middle man so they make a bunch of money and takes 40 minutes to pick up an order place is a joke wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Why on earth would a local business still follow such strict protocols to work on appt basis only ? Why? It's so hard to get in and once you're there, they rush you to make a decision based on the next appt coming in. Ridiculous! Blaming Covid for bad service and not willing to have people come and go to look at the products without an appt! Making a lot of room for competition!

Difficult to visit, you still need an appointment like during Covid and only some of the staff is helpful.
