Joe went phenomenally above and beyond to help me fix my shower handle. Not only did this save me the $100 in parts I almost ordered from the manufacturer, but he figured out how to reattach it via email! Truly a superhero.

Great variety quality hardware for the house. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I worked with Tammy and she was helpful, knowledgeable and never pushy. She was very patient with me till I decided.

Wasn't sure I had the right address. Knocked on a few doors looking for the person who had my pallet. Both stores very friendly and helpful. They directed me to their warehouse nearby and my pallet and paperwork was inorder and ready for pickup. Awesome!
