Came by at 2:30 on a Tuesday. No bankers or anyone but tellers in the building to help with my account. Granted I didn't have an appointment, but with such limited hours already and being told I had to be at a branch in person it is pretty disappointing. The teller was very kind though.

Absolute waste of time. I've called 30+ times and nobody has ever answered the phone. You have to go in person to actually talk to somebody, like it's the 1800s. Took my business to Chase.

Called six time fro 10:00-1:00 pm no answer, I'm at the branch now. This place would not be reliable
