“I came here to get a new passport and I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised with how great the service was. They took me a little before my actual appointment time which helped me get out on time. Lloyd was the exceptional employee that helped me through the process. I had no idea what I was doing and he was so patient and kind. He let me retake my picture so I wasn't stuck with a horrible passport photo. He made sure everything was correct and walked me through the expedited process. His other colleagues were also very kind and helpful. “3 years ago my partner and I discovered this business. I was sitting here at home thinking to myself how much I just appreciate this place for existing. This place is truly a Gem. A million times WORTH IT. This place means so much to us. They are true to their word and do great business with reasonable prices.
