“I communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs. Thank you very much Leslie and Venture Heat.”

“A great big shout out to Rick for a very fast fix to my malfunctioning three wheel scooter. My scooter would not engage the motor, but battery was fine. I took it over to the store. He did a quick inspection of a connection and found a bent pin. He straighten out the pin, and the scooter ran fine. I tried to pay him, he refused the money cause he said he didn't do any thing..but I explained to him ....it saved me a lot of trouble. He wished me a Merry Christmas...he really is a nice guy...”

“Eric G. is the amazing, knowledgeable Respiratory Therapist at Kadence Healthcare who spent a good amount of time explaining my new CPAP machine. I was so nervous about wearing one, but Eric patiently explained the health benefits of controlling my sleep apnea and other issues by using CPAP. He made the necessary mask adjustments to make me feel comfortable and less anxious. The ladies in the office also were extremely helpful and cheerful. Thank you, Eric, and Kadence Healthcare team!!”
“I am a CRPS patient and when one of my pain management doctors recommended a spinal cord stimulator, another doctor was completely against it because of the low success rate and many possible complications. He then handed me a brochure about H-Wave and prescribed it for me as a trial. Within the first week my horrific ugly crying unimaginable pain was SIGNIFICANTLY reduced!! At week three I am sleeping through the night, on ZERO pain meds and even coming off the rest of my medications. The pain is 99% GONE. The swelling has also been greatly reduced. This machine has given me hope that I thought was lost. I was grieving a life that I thought I would never see again. The thought of never being able to run or enjoy any of the outdoor activities again crushed me completely. I’m a veteran firefighter and tough is my middle name, so I was ready to battle whatever was ahead of me. My injury occurred Sept 12, ‘21 and I can finally say I have hope again for a future. “I called AME at 4:30pm on a Saturday with an urgent medical supply need, and Jason answered the phone. That was the first surprising thing since these days it's so hard getting to a live person. He politely quoted me over the phone and since I was coming from nearly 30mins away, he said he'd be willing to wait for me past the 5pm closing. We got there a few minutes after 5pm, and he still patiently answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed at all, and he didn't give us any attitude when we still had a bunch of questions. He even called his boss to ask if they could make an exception to their return policy in case it didn't fit (they couldn't). Jason is seriously a refreshing face to the retail sales experience. This guy should get a raise! Thanks, Jason.”

“I went to this place yesterday to look for a motorized scooter for myself as I am finding that my endurance is not what it used to be. I'm sorry that I didn't ask for the name of the young man who assisted me. He was kind, thorough, and took time to show me the features of the portable scooter I was interested in. There was a great selection to pick from. I would, definitely go back to this store if I am ever in need of medical supplies. I live in Long Beach. I'm sure there are medical supply places in Long Beach, but I'm completely satisfied with this place. woman who does my hair suggested this store. I would recommend this place to others.
