“This is a Branch that cares. After being directed by the fraud dept to go to my local branch because my card had been compromised, I tried in vain to use the local Wells Fargo on Second Street in Beaumont. It was useless as was the manager I spoke with. In desperation I called the 6th Street branch. They immediately worked me in and took care of everything in less than 10 minutes. They absolutely understood the need to have fraud taken care of. Thank you 6th Street. Bah humbug 2nd street.”
