“About two weeks ago, I came in with my mother to pick up groceries for Christmas and two young ladies were very kind and helpful to my mother and I. I felt very welcomed in this store and I will gladly return again. We need more workers like them!!(I don't recall the names but one of the young ladies was tall with black hair, and the other young lady was short with blondish hair.)”

“Came here today for my kids field trip. I believe his name was Joe? I could be wrong. But he was great with the kids. Kind and was able to make kid friendly jokes. We got to see the "background" scene of everything which was cool for my kids since we shop have shopped at this location many times. Everything was spotless behind the scenes. They also gave the kids a cookie and backpack of snacks and school supplies which we weren't expecting and thought it was very thoughtful of them.”

“I give Staters a 5 due to the leadership. The Manager is Awesome, will go out of his way to help in anyway he can and I asked about something they didn't have & he made sure they had it the next time. The cashiers are friendly and personable. The store is always clean and it's my neighborhood shopping spot.All the employees treats everyone with care and respect. They're the best!!! Food, chicken etc is delicious!!!”

“I picked up a cake at the last minute and they were able to write what I wanted on it in about 5 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at how speedy they were, despite that they were busy. The cake was decorated very 4th of July festive and tasted good, too.”

“Grecia helped us last week after my dad's passing. Mom was a little confused about accounts status, balances, etc. Grecia displayed tremendous empathy, gave great customer service and employed wonderful people skills. She handled all of our business in a professional manner. We spent about 15 minutes with her, and it couldn't have been more pleasant and productive. She is a great asset to the bank, and we will definitely be keeping all of our accounts there, and likely opening a couple of new ones soon. Great job.”

“It's the place I use to buy Bitcoin. Fast and easy to use. For some reason my phone won't accept their text so they call me. “This is a Branch that cares. After being directed by the fraud dept to go to my local branch because my card had been compromised, I tried in vain to use the local Wells Fargo on Second Street in Beaumont. It was useless as was the manager I spoke with. In desperation I called the 6th Street branch. They immediately worked me in and took care of everything in less than 10 minutes. They absolutely understood the need to have fraud taken care of. Thank you 6th Street. Bah humbug 2nd street.”
