“My tire shredded about 50 miles south of this place. Once I came, they said they were closing in 10 minutes and they would be able to help the following day. Unfortunately, I was coming from San Diego and didn’t have a place nearby. After hearing about my situation, they were able to replace my tire, despite it being after hours. I could tell they’re really close with eachother, where the manager made sure the employees were okay with staying late before taking on our repair. They were very kind and even gave my partner and I waters while we were waiting. Great service!”

“We had an appointment and were seen on time. We walked to get something to eat, and the car was done when we came back. I asked if they could turn the maintenance light off since the only maintenance we needed was a tire rotation. They said they didn't have the tool to do that. When I got back to the car, we watched a YouTube video and were able to turn it off while still in the parking lot. It doesn't take a special tool. They may want to have training on this”

“Good place for a trailer tire repair. They charged me for a valve change buy the guy didn't change my valve and after a few weeks I had 40 psi in my trailer tire that he changed because of the valve ?

Put on the spare...no one open in Lake Isabella to repair my tire so hobbled down the canyon to East Bakersfield on my spare tire, where the Gutierrez Tire team patched my flat tire and had it remounted on my car in 15 minutes, plus charged me an incredibly reasonable price for their work. I was also very impressed by their friendliness and courtesy and the cleanliness of their shop! Thank you!!!”
