“Well, I went in with a nail in the tire for repair, but unfortunately after the tire was removed, there was more noticable sidewall damage--dry rot, which makes sense after 4-5 years of use, non-garaged, even if only 28k miles on them. Unfortunately, I had to buy a new set of tires or go home with a nail and a slow leak in the tire, but after inquiring about a new set, I found that they were an incredibly lower price than I anticipated. I hated having to buy tires in the first place, but hey, they had to be replaced and I wasn't taken advantage of due to the situation. Less than $120 per tire with TPMS! I will certainly be back to this location by year end for the other set of tires needed.
And it's a smooth ride already, a major difference prior to my pulling into the place.

“I was happy to learn how easy it was to make an appointment for a tire inspection. I was filling my tires and getting my RV road ready the night before my trip the back passenger side tire was lower than usual and I then noticed a bulge right next to the rim. I bought these tires last year at a Discount Tire in Novi MI. Found out that America's Tire is the same company so I went to their website and boom signed up for the first available appointment right there. They sent me an email and text confirmation. Arrived early as instructed, my name was on the screen already. Showed Jake my issue and I did indeed need a new tire. Covered under the warranty thank goodness. While there had them switch out my windshield wipers too. In and done before I could finish my breakfast at Chick-fil-A. Received a text notification that my vehicle was ready. Quick service. Very happy this went super smooth from start to finish. Jake was great. Definitely recommend.”

“Very friendly and fast service. I went in for a tire that kept losing air so i thought It needed a patch or plug but the guy was honest and told me it was something else (I forgot what it was but he did explain it to me thoroughly I just don't remember what it was) and that it was a simple fix and only charged me $10. I've been to other places where I've been lied to trying to get me to buy either another used tire or a new one but this guy was honest and showed me the problem. I had lost my wallet and he was willing to let me come back the next day. What a nice guy! Luckily I found it and I gave him a little extra cuz I appreciated that he was willing to let me come back

Let me be perfectly clear: I did not walk into a tire shop. I walked into a sanctuary of kindness, rubber, and miracles. This place doesn’t just fix tires — they fix souls.
From the moment I rolled (literally) into the lot with a tire flatter than my last relationship, I was greeted like royalty. Not just a “hi,” not just a “how can we help?” — no, no. I got a warm smile, a bottle of cold water, and a level of compassion that felt like I had just been adopted into a family I didn’t know I needed.
The staff didn’t just look at my car. They listened to it. One of them even crouched beside it like a horse whisperer, gently patting the fender and saying, “We’ll take good care of you, buddy.” I’m not saying the car smiled — but if it could’ve, it would’ve cried tears of joy.
They replaced my tire like it was heart surgery. They explained every detail to me like I was their favorite cousin who had just come home from college. They didn’t upsell, guilt-trip, or rush me. In fact, I’m convinced they would’ve paid me to make sure I left happy.
And when I tried to tip them? They REFUSED. One of them literally said, “We’re just glad you’re safe.” I almost cried. I did cry. And I’m not even ashamed.
This place is not just a tire shop — it’s a hidden temple of integrity and compassion. A cathedral of customer service. If Yelp had a “tearfully grateful” rating, I’d give them all of it. I now believe that if everyone ran their businesses like this shop, world peace would be achievable by Tuesday.

My parents got a flat tire near Lebec when they were on their way to LA unfortunately they didn’t have an emergency spare tire. After calling multiple places they told me they’ll probably have a spare. When I got there to pick up the emergency spare one of the guys took it upon himself to try and get us a whole other rim and tire. Now my brother is on his way to them as I type this 5 star review. “These guys are amazing. On a trip to Central Cali wine country for my niece's wedding, my car completely shut down (it's old and well... It's just old). No clue of the problem, but these guys did everything they could to get me to that wedding short of driving me to it themselves. Gave me a phenomenal price on repairs and turned a scary moment into a triumph.
Not to mention the extra details of explaining in detail what they were doing, showing me what may be the problem and letting me make every decision about repairs with no pressure.

“Got a flat tire in Kernville during Whiskey Flat Days this weekend. Put on the spare...no one open in Lake Isabella to repair my tire so hobbled down the canyon to East Bakersfield on my spare tire, where the Gutierrez Tire team patched my flat tire and had it remounted on my car in 15 minutes, plus charged me an incredibly reasonable price for their work. I was also very impressed by their friendliness and courtesy and the cleanliness of their shop! Thank you!!!”
