Always the best customer service. This has been the best purchase I've ever made. They have kept my vaccine running over the past 20 years. I recommend everyone own one and use Kirby on Chester Ave.

I called and talked to Kathy. Then took my vacuum into her. She repaired my vacuum (broken belt). She was so very nice.
