The times I have had to have a rental (which haven’t been enjoyable being without my car) Oren has been beyond accommodating and made sure I was saved a vehicle to get as close to the size of my Yukon as possible!! I am thankful for them and have never had an issue or complaint about the rental department!”
“While on a wildfire deployment I developed hard starting issue with my firetruck that is a 2007 International chassis. I Call Gibbs International truck Center, and was instantly connected to a person and not an automated system, was able to talk to service department without being on hold forever. Chad in the service department told me to bring it in and they start the diagnostics unfortunately I was unable to make to Bakersfield before the Technician went home. The after hour service lady to me to the mechanic come in well before hours of operation and to bring my truck back. When I arrived at 0620 every one was friendly and Ray the Technician got my unit in and started diagnosing the issue immediately! Within minutes he found the issue that was causing my hard start and had the replacement in stock, as well as a couple other items I needed. They cleaned up under the hood and honestly showed sensational care and concern to make sure my firetruck was road worthy, he worked in a timely manner to get my unit and back on the road. I would say that this was the best service experience I had! Thank you to the service department and technician at GIbbs Truck Center!”

“U-Haul is always there for you! 24-hours every day of the week. If there’s no one in the office there’s a website you can reserve or turn in your truck with your mobile phone. The prices are extremely fair and all you have to do is have a valid license. Seriously, U-Haul has gotten me or someone I know out of many situations just by being available. Thank God. Just do them right and they’ll never turn you away.”
