“Our flight was scheduled to arrive after the Avis office closed so we had to book a hotel room to spend the night and pay $45 for two Lyft rides. It would have been more convenient and much less costly to have had access to the car upon arrival (perhaps have a key locker with a code to access it?) The Avis counter agent just handed us the keys, there was no one in the lot to check out the car to us, nor inspect it when we returned it. The car itself was new, clean, and gassed up. We don't know if our $250 security deposit will be refunded.”

I always fly in quite late, around 9pm every Tuesday, and she was able to quickly get me set up in a car and on the road. I always reserve a compact, but I was kindly sent out to a spacious Edge, great car. Enterprise is always reliable with cars that smell good (I'm allergic to smoke) and are spotless inside, with friendly associates. Great location. Super easy pick up and drop off on sight at the airport.”
