“I have banked with 1st US for a very long time. Their customer service is outstanding. Once I overpaid on an account, they contacted me and asked if this was my intention. On another instance, I paid my mortgage on time but the mortgage company applied my payment to another lender, 1st US went to bat for me, got my account straightened out, my late charge and late report was removed and I received a letter of apology from the lender, Now come on, this is a 5 star bank*****”
“I've been with them longer than any banking place I've ever had. Rarely have to go in but the maybe 3 times I've gone in, even with a line, things went fast. The only thing I don't like about this branch is the ATM location. As "not a morning person" the ATM in the hot sun is something I dread along with the parking to get to it. Crossing that street with all the aggressive drivers that seem be in Auburn is scary especially as a disabled person. I wish there was a drive through ATM nearby. Most times I head to the ATM at the CU by Grocery Outlet to avoid this ATM.”

“This was the first time I had to go inside this location. I normally do all my banking via the machine outside. The inside was clean and there were two tellers and one person in line. I had scheduled an appointment on line to open an account. I went to one of the people sitting at the desk and said I have an appointment to open an account. The person looked at the computer and said that is with me, I am Vanessa Ray. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She conducted herself very professionally. She needed the forms to be notarized. Within minutes, another woman came to the area and notarized the documents. The entire transaction took no more than 20 minutes. I was extremely pleased with how smoothly the procedure went. All contact information was provided to me in written form.”
“Our family are long-term customers of Wells Fargo . Like any institution, service can be a little hit and miss at times, but we love this Auburn branch. Banker Chris Spicer in particular recently helped us navigate a tricky situation with various complicated documents. “I am handling a trust for my in-laws and had to close one account and create a new trust account. There were some complexities accessing the old account and involved my brother-in-law who lives out of town. We were unsuccessful with getting anywhere with another branch (the folks at that branch didn't know anything and weren't interesting in figuring things out). I decided to stop in at this location. The personal banker I worked with, Ms. Vargas, was extremely competent and helpful. She was extremely good at keeping me updated via email and had a "can-do" attitude. It took a couple of visits to get everything straightened out, but everything worked out in the end. I recommend this branch to anyone considering using this bank.”

“Trying to open a checking and savings account- both Wells Fargo's in Auburn were "too busy", and wanted to schedule us for 2 days later....really, though? Are there that many people wanting to open savings and checking accounts? Weird vibes..., and the Wells Fargo on Hwy 49 and Bell said they were too busy- and wanted to have someone call me to set up an appt- THEN...USBank in the Bel Air shopping area was great!
