“I have banked with 1st US for a very long time. Their customer service is outstanding. Once I overpaid on an account, they contacted me and asked if this was my intention. On another instance, I paid my mortgage on time but the mortgage company applied my payment to another lender, 1st US went to bat for me, got my account straightened out, my late charge and late report was removed and I received a letter of apology from the lender, Now come on, this is a 5 star bank*****”

The personal banker I worked with, Ms. Vargas, was extremely competent and helpful. She was extremely good at keeping me updated via email and had a "can-do" attitude. It took a couple of visits to get everything straightened out, but everything worked out in the end. I recommend this branch to anyone considering using this bank.”
“I'd like to add a suggestion of having a handicap button for automated door opening here. I watched a lady with a walker struggling to get out (I helped her once I got to her).Took a star off because after 3 rings I wasn't able to connect with anyone here during bussiness hours.Otherwise, I've had pleasant experiences here during my visits. Maybe a little on longer wait times in line but I find Auburn in general to be a busy place these days so I expect congestion in most places in Auburn. It's not something I think the bank should necessarily be faulted on. Just the congestion of the area especially in this location of Auburn.”

“Trying to open a checking and savings account- both Wells Fargo's in Auburn were "too busy", and wanted to schedule us for 2 days later....really, though? Are there that many people wanting to open savings and checking accounts? Weird vibes..., and the Wells Fargo on Hwy 49 and Bell said they were too busy- and wanted to have someone call me to set up an appt- THEN...USBank in the Bel Air shopping area was great! Naveed Countryman welcomed us right away- he was smart, knew his stuff, and had a great attitude- walked me through everything- US Bank is THE place to go for excellent customer service and support”

“This was the first time I had to go inside this location. I normally do all my banking via the machine outside. The inside was clean and there were two tellers and one person in line. I had scheduled an appointment on line to open an account. I went to one of the people sitting at the desk and said I have an appointment to open an account. The person looked at the computer and said that is with me, I am Vanessa Ray. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She conducted herself very professionally. She needed the forms to be notarized. Within minutes, another woman came to the area and notarized the documents. The entire transaction took no more than 20 minutes. I was extremely pleased with how smoothly the procedure went. All contact information was provided to me in written form.”
