Went in on a Saturday to pay phone, said everything was good, still can't make phone calls. But they did take my money. I wonder if they just put it in their pocket. Not very happy......No stars

Today is Sunday and there supposed to be open from 12pm to 5pm when I went there 20 minutes ago there we’re closed there was no note on there at all I want to know what kind of people are working for this company and they can’t open up the store when it say it opens

Bad customer service. Went in for help on a phone, worker was not helpful at all. My phone was on restarting mode for about 3 hours the worker said "have you tried taking the battery out" lol no way to take the battery out he said on every phone there is a way to take the battery out, okay let's try it. He was not able to get the phone open (there's no way) he then said let the phone die if it doesn't work after it dies I don't know what to tell you. Got home looked up videos and was able to do it myself. :) Don't recommend this place.

Today went to Metro to pay my phone bill. The sign on the door says open at 10 am. We arrived at 10:40 am. Lights were off and door was locked. Bummer. Luckily there is another option.

I am new to the area and have been with Metro PCS for several years. This location is by far the most unhelpful and unprofessional location I have ever had to deal with. The staff is rude and unable to answer questions, there's been several times I have attempted to go to the office and it was closed or a closed early. My last visit to this location was and will be the last time I will call near this Metro store. I have notified customer service at this location need to complete retraining an overhaul a staff. The staff there does not identify themselves and when I asked for the name they refused to give their name. I definitely will not be able to give them any positive reviews. I did come from an area which had a very customer minded staff who answered all the questions and we're very helpful and knowledgeable in the products Metro provides.

I really liked Metro PCS and had been a faithful customer of theirs for years, but since T-Mobile took over, my phone started glitching and I was always getting windows popping up from T-Mobile wanting me to sign up with them and become their customer. After ignoring them for a few months, my phone wouldn't stop having a window continuously pop up every 5 seconds (no lie) that said " Unfortunately, T-Mobile has stopped... X Close app". And it won't stop popping up. I don't even have their app on my phone! So thanks to T-Mobile, I'm no longer a customer. Just be prepared for T-Mobile to harrass you if you go with Metro by T-Mobile.

Never open. During regularly posted business hours, they go to lunch or break or ??? and don't leave a sign or have a message on their voicemail. This happens every time I come. It takes at least three attempts to come when it's open.

Liars! Sold a cellphone they knew was defective. Manager Richard admitted he knew, but let salesman sell it knowing it couldn't be returned. Fraud! How do they stay in business?
