“Words cannot describe how lucky we got with our last minute booking.
Simple, fast, and inexpensive for what most classic, vintage, and upscale hotels would charge you. I loved the how aesthetic it was from the get go. The town is very cute and secure so I had no worries parking our car around the corner. We got a vintage king and it came with a relaxing shower tub. If you’re wanting to purchase local wines they’re available for you at the front desk or placed in your room too! The cleanliness was a 10/10. No problem with sheets, sufficient clean towels, and amenities were available. I would definitely go back again to take a look around all the local shops.”

“I stayed with my husband in a huge, accessible room. It had a king bed and a queen bed which was perfect for us because of my cast. The room had two large windows and a back door onto a patio so a through breeze was easy and we didn’t need the air conditioning much. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a great 4 days!”

“Right off the freeway, staff was amazing, the food at the restaurant was great. Pool was heated (not hot) but not freezing cold when you jump in. They had a fire place and next to it a place to play corn hole. Rooms where nice and clean. Gym was normal for a hotel but very conveniently placed

Food & drinks: I ordered the chicken bacon rigatoni. That was so filling and delicious. The server was also very friendly. The food for breakfast was good. It was a buffet style with many options to choose from. A little bit for every style.”

“Room was spacious and clean. Workers are kind but they didn’t clean our rooms for four days stay. They told me that they are cleaning room every other day but they forgot cleaning our rooms”

Motel 6 has always been a easy, efficient establishment to call home for a couple weeks until I find permanent quarters. There are always issues that come up with ANY motel or hotel, regardless of price. What is important is how they are handled. At Motel 6, Atascadero, California, the general manager Amy Golden is the type of GM that helps a place to succeed! She was very attentive to my concerns and a warm, engaging human being who is no stranger to managing this property. She would be a fantastic GM at ANY hotel she would manage. Thank you Amy, and thank you Motel 6 for always being the stand-by place to help me get rested in between assignments.
