With two kiddos and a hectic busy schedule, they offer so many class times, full equipment, schedule of workouts and the coaches show you each move.I have grown so much in strength and my mentality and have lost weight too where I’ve been receiving compliments for my dedication and efforts. “A wonderful gym. The staff is so friendly, I've been coming to Kennedy (all branches) for a few years now, and walking in and being greeted like a friend is a great way to start my days! They have a great variety and selection of equipment. The spacing and organization of the equipment seems like a trivial thing, but it makes my workouts even more enjoyable. The pools at each of the branches are always great temperatures and the bathrooms are always clean! Finally, the free group exercise classes are the icing on the cake. They have such a great portfolio of classes available to gym members that make my workouts more challenging and fun. I love being part of this gym, and I miss it when I'm not there!”
