“I love living here! Being able to walk right onto the beach is such a blessing. I just had a baby, so that convenient beach path right in front of the building is really helping me slowly get moving again. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, and the maintenance staff are super friendly. The front desk staff including Immanuel and Nyaa are always so friendly and accommodating too. I do also love the beach party they’ve been having on the weekends. Ritchie is a great host! Did I mention there’s a hair salon and a restaurant with ocean views? It’s great to live in an upscale safe place on the beach, but what makes it even better is the wonderful staff. I would recommend living here to everyone who could afford it! I hope I never have to move lol”
“From the moment we started our application, Jessica from the leasing office was in constant communication with us regarding our application and helped ensure we had all important information attached. She was super helpful in answering any and all questions that might have come up. We met with her when we picked up our keys and again was so helpful and made us truly feel welcomed! The community and our unit is gorgeous and has everything we need/want! Additionally, the other residents we've run into are incredibly friendly as well. Overall, very pleased with where we moved!!!”
“I wish to give 5+ stars to Valerie Brooks, the amazing on-site property manager at Cypress Park Apartments. She is professional, polished, efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, flexible, caring and above all, genuinely kind. My family and I were able to transition from a stressful living situation to our new home and community at Cypress Park Apts in large thanks to Valerie and her efficiency. She made us feel welcome from our first tour of the beautifully renovated unit to the exciting moment when she handed us the keys. The grounds are clean, onsite laundry and parking are not an issue, and there are two pools, convenient community and business centers that are great for remote work. Valerie’s constant efforts to improve the community are apparent as well. Valerie and Jose, who handles the onsite building maintenance, make a great team. We are so happy here!”

“We have been here for 4 years and Service assistants Juan and Alex are amazing! Very hard workers and always respond quickly for repairs to anything in the home. We had a few bugs but they treated within a day or two every time- and I would say I have never seen a place so roach free as apartments go. Anayelli, the apartment manager is extremely helpful, kind, and a sweet person. She is easy to talk to and helps out if there is ever any problems. I really enjoyed living here and am sad to go. Aside from limited parking and some dog poo (people fail to pick up sometimes but the office hired new staff to clean it up) its awesome! everyone working here is amazing.”

I do suggest they invest in Hotel Collection its a scent Diffuser, since the amenities have resort vibe!

“Monterra Springs was an amazing place to live. I recommend this complex to anyone! The manager Anahi was super friendly and on top of any maintenance issues or concerns we had. The few times we needed maintenance, Luis the maintenance guy came the same day. :) Luis was always super quick and respectful. I also loved my neighbors, it felt like a little community. The area is also nice and super close to any store you could ever need!”
“I am upset to hear the news, Debra, leasing consultant and the temporary manager is leaving. Debra is the best manager this property has had, very pleasant, friendly and with great customer service. Four Seasons/AMC should consider keeping her, she's definitely an asset to AMC.”
“At first it was a rocky transition and with having my parking taken from me my first night during one of SoCal's first rainstorms, but other than that, once I got my footing in, it was good. Mrs. Elisabeth was truly a great support system for me at the community liaison department who helped me and guided me through things from the beginning and even today. I love my unit, my yard space, and the renovated XL Studio that I live in now. There are some minor flaws in the paint and wood, but it's not that bad. Neighbors are super nice, and it's a really pet friendly complex, which is amazing. Thank you, Mrs. Elisabeth, for all our help. It was a total mission to get to you from my leasing agent to the application department, and etc., a four-week process, but we are here, and it was worth it even though I was promised a move in date with not keys and had to wait four-five more days after.”

“Very pet friendly, it’s amazing to see a place that accepts some more misunderstood pets. We definitely need for of that in communities. It’s a quite nice community everyone is friendly and keeps to their own. I love that it’s so close to multiple food spots, parks and entertainment. A 5 min drive to any of those destinations. The living space is very spacious, we have had a great experience living here and would recommend it 100%

“Betsy, Rony and Maria make a great management team. They communicate and get things done. They made me feel welcomed and part of the community. Place has a pool and 3 laundry rooms.Best part is this place is pet friendly they even have a doggie area. That’s a plus!! Imperial palms is a great place to live!!”
“Let me just start by saying that having moved here from my last complex, has been an ABSOLUTE blessing! Why? You ask? Well.. if I had to pick one specific answer, then I would have to say. "Sarah." The Kimberly Terrace Apartments Complex manager. Due to her highest level of professionalism, great customer service, along with impeccable punctuality, you pretty much have it made here. Sarah is just on top of it. You have a maintenance request, and she's got someone in your place no later than 24 hours. Issues with other tenants, she's immediately there to squash and amend. You can tell when someone truly loves their job, by the way that they show how much they care in doing it; and this is Sarah. This is a nice quiet complex with GROWN ADULTS who all just go about their lives and days. No drama. And always a smile and greet amongst other tenants in passing by. I made the PERFECT CHOICE when I came here. And you should do the same! I love it when. I walk through my front door, and enjoy 'my home'”

“Wish I was here for the tree lighting ceremony. Beautiful Northern Light to enjoy during the holiday. Be out see all the beautiful winterland decoration for free! We parked at the pike, got validated at startbuck and walked over to get free parking for 2 hrs. The theater parking is $15, so no way! Lol. Can't wait for 2024 winterland!”

[unlike some places] now switched units to face the beach and queen mary - AMAZING! my fave staff members alex & manager, phil [super nice, sweet, friendly, awesome people] that make you feel good living here. treats and responds to you in a timely manner and feels like were all friends! not just your typical leasing office experience. highly recommend living here if you're big on views and want a more chill environment thats not over crowded or dont have to spend forever waiting on staff members to respond. LOVE IT HERE!”

“Camden is a fully loaded apartment complex. Gym, pool, rec room with a shuffle board and pool table etc. We had the pleasure of working with Tim Carter who guided us through the whole renting process and answered questions we had honestly. The whole staff there is helpful and always happy to help. Despite some of the recent issues that are beyond the staff’s control, we felt heard when any issues arose and the staff was on it to make it a comfortable place to live.”

“The landing is a great collection of all apartments in a very highly sought after location. Traffic circle is what the area is refered to as. Due to the huge traffic circle road that makes a full 360 degree turn nar connects PCH, Lakewood Blvd, Los coyotes diagonal, roads all to the same circle the area is one of the latest trendy areas that is undergoing a renovation of sorts by replacing non performing businesses with that of high perform, there is an amazing LA fitness gym, and office towers here too,”
