I went in this Verizon store and was helped by Damian. He is very nice and patient. Great customer service. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Calvin helped my wife with her new iPhone and was amazingly helpful and extremely patient. The experience ranks near the top of any purchase of technical equipment we have had. He even synced the phone with her car and worked through some of the glitches she was having with Apple car play.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Calvin at Verizon Store in Arroyo Grande.. He spent considerable time Updating my phone and my wife's phone with no expectation of compensation. I recommend him highly
