I had to process a big order of items (50+), all with various sizes, weights, fragility, variety of addresses and more. I had called several companies in my area, and UPS let me know that it would take days if not two weeks to process all of this through them. I called independent shipping centers, and was quoted incredibly high prices, even including the smallest of item. Everything in the Los Angeles/DTLA area couldn't fulfill my requests, especially on such short notice. After browsing yelp for a while, reviewing all reviews, I decided on Burbank Shipping Center. It was honestly a far drive for me, and I had to make multiple trips throughout the week. But it was 100% worth it. A big shoutout to Anthony and Trent for their customer service. They walked me through everything I needed to know, while providing a plethora of options in areas of concern for me, and overall, they knew exactly what they're doing. All my items were well-packed and were beyond my expectations. They had to customize a good amount of boxes as my items were large and unusual in shape. In addition, there wasn't any room for doubt as their quick and efficient work ethic made me feel reassured. It was such an easy and pleasing process to have worked with them. I feel confident in this business, and my company looks forward to the next time we need to ship something out. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! :)”

The girl helping me was named Kayla (?) and she was a doll. So helpful, patient and helped find the most affordable option to mail my package. “I have to say lately I haven't experienced these issues, i attribute it to being near Christmas when post offices everywhere are beyond busy and maybe was to quick to have put it down in writing and have had no problems and am happy with the service since writing the first review”
“A phenomenal service from start to finish. We had packed up all our belongings before the movers came. They carefully wrapped furniture, bicycles, golf clubs and anything else that was not already boxed. Their crew efficiently got everything packed into the truck within 3-4 hours. The guys were polite and very friendly.Their paperwork was very thorough and Alpha Marine had taken care of all port fees and for delivery to our new home in Scotland. Their agents in Scotland were equally efficient, keeping us updated with regards to the container's arrival in Scotland. Customs clearance was completed within 48 hours and all our belongings were duly delivered by a crew equally as polite and friendly as the crew in California.Every single item that was picked up in California was safely delivered and not one single item was broken.All in all a fantastic experience. If you are moving overseas you will be in good hands if you choose Alpha Marine to help you”

“I came to this UPS store do send out ALOT of packages last minute for work. I was very anxious about it & on top of it, it was a rainy day. The minute I walked in, I was greeted with love & care by the sweet Polin ! I believe she is the store owner. She really was extremely patient with me & gave me a dolly to get the packages out of my car with ease. She really made me feel comfortable & was so kind ! “To the person with the one star rating Justin H. About the Postage being marketed up. I work at another Mailbox Store. Mailbox stores do have to mark up the price for postage. It cost us the same if not more with 3nd party software to buy postage and pay to print it out. Small business mailbox stores have to make money. We cant do that by giving you the postage at cost. Even it cost us even more in fees and time. If you go to the Post Office it will be a longer line you have to wait in.”

“BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to Casita Postal on the recommendation of a UPS location when I told them my fingerprints had been rejected twice already. They said this location is really good and they usually send people here if they have problems. I went in today to see if she could help me. Immediately she tested out my prints and looked over the FBI rejection letter. She had no problems and said I should double check with the FBI before submitting a new application. The FBI service does not take resubmissions and I had already tried paper and the post office. I submitted a new application with the company she uses and showed up a few hours later for my appointment. She handled everything perfectly and I had an acceptance letter before I was even home! If you are having problems come here. She's knowledgeable and she's part of the FBI Channeler network. You will need to go through a third party to submit your application but it will be just as quick.”
