“4 years ago I had given the store a bad review due to wanting to return an item a couple minutes before nine then went out to get the receipt and wasn’t that back in for the return. But the past is the past and it’s easy for some people to report and negative experience but today is a new day April 11, 2024 where I went into the store and Alfredo did an amazing job helping me with the return of a part that wasn’t going to work for my car as well as looking up another part in which informed me it wasn’t going to work also . I had gone to two other AutoZone earlier in the day that provided wrong information, but Alfredo took the time and gave me the right information and help me with the return. I was able to find some really nice covers that matched the paint job blue blue color with black for my son’s 2001 Lexus GS 300. Thank you Alfredo for turning it difficult day with AutoZone into a great experience at the end of the day. I’ll be coming to the store on Woodman and Branford for all of my automotive needs.
