There was one associate on the adults side whom was just on their phone and not assisting anyone.After assuring ourselves to the fitting room, we left with a pair of jeans.”

“I love how Nordstrom employees are always helpful and offer great customer service. I have gone to other stores with high ticket items and they never greet me and they look at me like "what is she doing here?" But Nordstrom never does this. Whenever I want to try an item or look at an item they always help. I love Nordstrom and every Nordstrom treats me the same.”

Jenny was wonderful and helped me find other items I might not have otherwise considered trying on. “I was doing some frantic last minute holiday shopping and the whole team at this location was very kind and helpful! I wanted to give a special shout out to Alexander though whose customer service skills were amazing, 10/10!! Not only was he able to help me clarify which items were on sale and for what price, he also went out of his way to find me the size I wanted by calling another location to see if they had it! And even though I was bugging him the whole time I was in the store and pestering him with a bunch of questions, Alexander was able to assist me with nothing but a friendly smile the whole time! I also work in retail so usually i'm pretty observant when it comes to customer service in other stores, but I just had to comment on Alexander's because his was just through the roof (:”
