Manager called me for feedback. Kudos to you manager. I left the bank a obviously bad survey because of the way the banker talked to me but still, this manager called me for my side and that meant something. So from 1 star to 2.

By far the best Wellsfargo I've been too. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Walter the branch manager took his time to answer any questions I had and truly made me feel like a valued customer.
