Great shipping experiences with this UPS. I insured each box. When some were damaged, I sent the info, and they sent a check for the full amount without questions. So professional. Also very kind. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

Went in to have some documents notarized, and Lupe made it very easy. He also waived the fee after learning our home was destroyed in the Eaton Fire. There truly are still some good people out there - thank you Lupe!!
