“I don't know WHY this place has a 3.2 stars. I arrived with 6 boxes on a thursday afternoon around 2:30pm. When I entered, there was no customers and 3 staff working. The young asian girl started helping me out. Yes first she didn't smile, but as I started working with her, she started to brighten up. I had 6 different transactions that needed to be made, and she was very patient and helpful. As she was working with me, another staffed entered the room, and he too was bright and cheery! There was no rush, everyone was pleasant. I'd come back again. I've been to many other UPS stores where the store is really stuffy feeling (no air on), very rude and impatient at times even if there are NO customers! But here, I got 3 smiles!Wish customers wouldn't complain about things that are out of their hands. Yes, they work as UPS, but sometimes the weather, driver, etc. cannot be helped by them.”
