“I had an appointment at this Logix branch to open a new account and this was the closest branch to San Diego. So, I had a bit of a drive. However, I digress, and this review focuses on the following: (1) parking; and (2) service. PARKING LOT Keep an eye out! There is a parking lot behind the building, but it is next to a parking structure. The signage is small for the parking lot for Logix customers, and it looks like it's only for employees because of the size of the lot and the gate. I would have liked to know in advance where to park because the bank validates for its customers that park on the smaller lot. However, I parked in the structure because it looked more convenient and it was not too expensive. Logix does not validate parking in structure. SERVICE When I got inside, there was a receptionist that took my name and confirmed my appointment with Eduardo. I was early and she said it would be about 30 minutes, but Eduardo finished early and assisted me within minutes of my arrival--before my scheduled appointment. It took no time to open the account. Everyone was really nice at this location. All the customers inside the branch were either being helped or seemed to have been helped and waiting for an appointment. Logix had a lot of staff that were working hard to assist the customer. It never felt like customers were waiting on the employees to get through a rush of customers that weren't being helped. Quite the opposite. In conclusion, based on my current experience, I recommend this Logix branch.”

They have good dividends on their savings accounts (not the best), but they offer a variety of services with good customer service. I like banking at smaller institutions because they don't treat you like a number. I've had pleasant banking experiences with CEFCU overall.”
“I have been with unify when it was orig western flu. For about 30 years. My only 2 problem is fraud is processed and that I have to drive 20 miles to nearest branch. Please build one in glendora area!!!!”
“This is a great credit union. I have had astounding service during the years. Several days ago, I had the wonderful experience of having two exceptional young employees assist me with my auto loan. I had a wonderful reception from Anna Recendez, whom I later found to be the manager. I inquired about an auto loan formy new vehicle. Anna did the numbers and hooked me up with a great interest rate. However, i did have to return at a later date to sign the paperwork. During that particular visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Lidia Marquina. Lidia handled the remaining paperwork and numbers and got me a great interest rate. I signed all the docs and I really felt great about taking my business here.”

“I've just met two of the nicest people to have open an account with. Normally, banker staff are rude or have a chip on their shoulders. But not these two, Alejandra Barberena and Gina Garcia. First off, they open the door right on time, greeted me with a smile and maintained professionalism throughout my account process. “I love F&A. My parents opened my account since I was born and I have been with them for over 40 years. They are quick to answer calls. Currently I have my mortgage, savings, checking, credit card and IRA through them. Everything is always quick. Even though I have moved over 3 hours away from the branch I do not switch due to the best rates and service. Everything I do is online or over the phone with them and I have not had any issues. I have banked with two other banks as well but F&A has definitely been the best.”
“I love this credit union. The decorations make you feel like you are in Hawaii. Lines are always short and the service is fast. The staff is professional, friendly, and understanding. Usually, it's only one teller however, they do not rush you. They make you feel good about being a member of their bank. Great interest rates on loans, savings, checking, etc. Plenty of parking in the rear lot or on the street. Note: They do not have a money-counting machine to count money they do it by hand the old-fashioned way. They do not have zelle yet. The ATM is only Available during bank hours.”

“We went in to open bank account and we didn't have appointment. It was fairly quick. They run your credit to open bank account which I found odd but they have great interest rates for their customers so it's worth it. We were done by 30 mins. We had filled out most information online so it made it quicker.”
“I love my credit union. I have been using this credit union before they were at this location and before I had children. The one big problem with this location is that the parking for credit union members is usually taken up by people that are not using the credit union. I've never had to park on the street before behind the parking lot but I have had to do that recently. When I am conducting business and money transactions, I don't wanna have to park that far away from the banking institution. I have watched people come out of the Sylvan learning business that have had their cars parked in the member parking only spots for over 20 minutes or longer. They just sit there and don't move their car. I feel that this could be remedied by one person having their car towed but also putting on the signs that there is member parking only from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Saturday. I want to bring new business to the bank in form of my mom but I don't wanna have to park across the street if she needs a space that is close to the bank. I really really hope that this parking situation gets corrected. Because the tellers know me and I know them and this is a wonderful credit union. I feel that it is the management that needs to take care of the problem that I have. But I don't believe I am alone in This.”
“I have been a member of this credit union for over 15 years. I love the personnel. They are very friendly, helpful and patient. Sometimes the lines are long and only one teller at the window or they have to close for lunch due to a shortage of staff. Overall, this credit union has great APRs for cars, houses, savings, loans, and checking accounts. Easy parking.”

“I wish I had known before I arrived, so I want to be sure I discose that this location is within a Public Works building. (I thought I was lost.) Do not look for CUSC signage on the outside because you will not find it. Inside, the ATM is immediately on the left after you walk in. I was grateful to find it and hope this information is helpful to others.”

“BE AWARE OF CUNA DEBT PROTECTWhen I refinance my car, I noticed that my car balance was increasing $25 per month, which I found it shocking since I never heard that term in the refinancing agreements, turns out that it is an extra insurance that if a credit user from the car passes away, they pay the car as well. My car was not very expensive, so I did not find it necessary. If you don't want to be charged $25 extra, be aware of the cuna debt protect in your account statements. Polite people, low interest rates. I recommend coming here to refinance but be aware of extra charges.”
“Awesome. Fast friendly service. Natalia was helpful. I tried to go to Camino Credit Union several times but they were always busy not friendly and even when you had an appointment you had to wait hours. Here at Fiscal it is a little outdated with the ATM... They still have envelopes but the service is fast and friendly. I forgot paperwork and they were willing to stay after to complete my new account. Online banking is easy. And if you're looking for the location it is right next to Baskin Robbins. I am happy with my decision to go here over the other guys. Low to no fee checking and rates are lower than competitors. Nice hidden gem!”
