“I had been looking for a chest freezer but found the majority were damaged in shipping; plus all stores had no stock of 7 cubic ft.I was referred to Baker Bros & within 3 days the 7 cubic ft was found & delivered to their store & was delivered on the 3rd day; I was able to check the freezer for damages prior to free delivery. It was so easy to get my freezer, when I thought it would not be possible to buy one undamaged. I am so happy & will not purchase appliances anywhere else. Baker Bros delivers actual customer service, which is rare to find these days. I can't thank them enough for making my purchase very easy for me.”

Pushy sales "sharks" and one place, I ordered from, then a local place cancelled my order last minute because they were out of stock, but still have it up on their website. I walked into this place, and after looking at two or three chests of drawers, found exactly what I was looking for. Pricing I could afford, real wood, no scams, friendly service, and quick delivery. “I originally went to a furniture store in Pacific Grove. I spent an hour looking at couches and recliners and was totally ignored, not even a good morning!So, my wife and I went to SC41. Even though it was over an hour from our home in Carmel Valley. There, we met Lori, who welcomed us. She was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the different products. We took a few sample leathers home for color comparisons and ordered a couch and two recliners.For first class service and a pleasure to deal with, my wife and I would absolutely recommend SC41.”

“This store has a variety of items to choose from prepackaged foods outdoor furniture, tables for inside or outside chairs inside or outside pillows etc. They might have stuff here that you won't find at other stores, such as Safeway Lucky's even Costco. So depending on what you're looking for give this place a shot it might have something you like Even just to walk in and browse around is a good thing to do. The staff is friendly and they're always trying to help you find whatever you need in the event you can't locate something. Remember it's not your typical grocery store.”

He's detail-oriented and goes the extra mile to really make sure that his work is really high-quality. I's are dotted and T's crossed, and boxes are built to dimensions closer than is healthy for his profit-margin. He cares about the finished product and has a good artistic eye as well as an interest in making sure your kitchen (or whatever space) is organized around it's intended function rather than just going for a look above function.”

“Where do I begin here? There are so many boxes that this place checks not to mention I don’t have to venture very far to go there. That being said even if I lived in Los Gatos or Campbell I would travel over 17 just to shop at this store. This place has inventory and amazing and varied inventory at that. The aesthetic of the furniture is what I would describe as relaxed sophistication with a modern vibe. Not shopping for furniture? That’s fine, there are many other items such as table and glass ware, candles, beautiful seasonal wreaths, coffee table books, etc to choose from. I love that they carry the locally made Annie Glass and from the Carmel Ceramica as well. Everyone who works here is lovely, engaging, and hospitable-they are content to help you find the right gift or whatever you need!”
