I stopped by Loui's at 11am and he took my car in right away. I left it so I could also get two new speakers installed. At 3pm, the car was ready and the price was less than I thought. “Pretty descent enough wireless phone store. I didn't come here for a plan for myself but my parents who were in need of a cell phone for everyday purposes. We were gratefully helped right away and was taught on what would fit with us based on what we were going to use it for(which in my parents case was strictly voice call base). Even the type of phone that also fit them best. My father ended up turning it down but we were also informed technical issues we were able to fix with this carrier because they wanted to transfer info from their old phones to the next. We understood what we were looking for from one of the employees that was happy to help us. Great store. Only thing I didn't like about this experience was NO proper parking near by, you kind of have to wing that yourself.”

She spent about an hour with me trying to help me switch since Boost cut off my service unexpectedly and made it nearly impossible to switch. I'll have to go back to fix the issue, but I felt very welcomed and am glad to be switching from Boost which has practically no customer service skills whatsoever.”

“My latest visit was disappointing, not because of anyone at the store, but due to the online tech repair appointment person. After setting up an in-store appointment, I was told on arrival that only things with an existing warranty of some kind could be worked on. My 6 year old TV in the back of my car did not qualify.Too bad the appointment person didn't tell me this beforehand, as I drove in a long way from the mountains for nothing.I'll keep my prior 4-star rating as it was not the local store's fault. I called the local number but I guess the call was routed to somewhere else in the world.”
“Seems like a good store all staff are friendly and patient, went in to get get a new phone for my mother and she was very indecisive, the employees there made sure to help her make up her mind and recommended her some phones she could easily get used to, and we left happy with a free phone I got for adding my mom to my plan!”
“So I went there to assist my mom in getting a phone. Not only did they go above and beyond to gain her as a client, they also helped with the transition in contacting the correct personnel at the other carrier, who she was leaving due to bad service, to help get the codes she needed for transfer. Many companies these days aren't taking those extra steps, yet Metro employees did today. Great job! I know it can be challenging to work with some clients who may not be so tec savvy but they did it with grace and patience. I know my mother, as a senior felt supported and like I steered her into a better plan.”

“I love coming to this 7-11. I live on the East side of Santa Cruz, and I drive the 20 minutes to this specific location, not just because they are one of the stores that carries the type of cigarettes I buy, but, also because I am always treated like a friend when I go in there. The bad reviews I've read of this 7-11 are confusing to me... In general, people treat you in the same way you treat them. So, for the people that seem to think there are "rude" employees here, it may be good for you to think about how you're coming off to other people, first.”
