“Rog Reptiles came out to my daughter’s birthday party. They brought a beautiful assortment of reptiles consisting of tortoises, lizards, and snakes. The kids were mesmerized by the animals, had a blast interacting with them, and Rog did a great job educating everyone on these fascinating creatures. They helped create a “core memory” for my daughter and I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend you have them come out to your event!”
“I called around to several groomers this morning hoping for an appointment early next week, but when Michelle's Pampered Pets told me they could squeeze my pup in today, I was absolutely willing to take him in. I brought my sweet boy in for a bath and nail trim and was not disappointed. The groomer was extra gentle with him when I told her he had arthritis in his hindquarters, his spine in particular. At 10 years old, his separation anxiety has also progressed, but he survived 2 hours without me and was clearly comfortable with the people who took such good care of him.”

“I have never had an issue with Sea Otter. I have always had great success with fish I have purchased here. I feel a lot of the negative reviews are from aquarium novices that do not listen to everything they are told. They hear what they want and that’s it. I know when I first started I rushed and couldn’t wait to get fish in my new tank. I didn’t want to listen to anyone about cycling my tank first to eliminate ammonia spikes. When ur new, cycling doesn’t make sense. Setting up a tank takes patience. Knowledge isn’t cheap and sometimes you have to listen and take in everything your being told not just what you want to hear.Remember that business owners make their money on repeat customers, not the one timers. It’s in their best interest to make sure you’re treated properly and satisfied when you leave the store so you come back again. It’s foolish to think that any small business owner wouldn’t do what it takes to satisfy each customer. Sea Otter has always treated me with nothing but professionalism and I will continue to shop here for all my aquatic needs.”

“I should not be this excited over a pet store when ever it's on my to-do list. This location has everything you need to care for your pets! I love how friendly the staff was. Literally everyone has a smile on their face. My puppy love going to the groomers and I enjoy browsing and finding new things I think he may enjoy. Definitely get the coupon book!!! It's only $20 but I have a coupons on every visit. It literally paid for itself my first visit.”
