“I had just dropped off my eldest daughter at her orchestra practice session. I needed to deposit a check for my daughter. I had to find a Wells Fargo Bank. I found one nearby where we were at. I drove over here and used the ATM only. There were 2 ATMs available for use. This location has cover shields in front of the ATMs like the ones you see at the bus stops... I'm probably not describing it correctly, but you get my gist. Perhaps it's to block anyone from looking at the people in front of the ATMs handling their transaction or maybe it's to block the wind or something. Anyway, the ATM area was very well lit which I like especially when it's in the evening. Parking was ample. Bank was already closed at that time so I didn't have any encounters with bank tellers. It was just a quick visit for a quick deposit. That was it. Nothing more. Just glad to know there is a WF Bank nearby. Thank you!”
“I had several issues that needed to be addressed at US Bank in Apple Valley, CA - Jess Ranch. The issues were regarding establishing an account for a Trust. I was very lucky to be helped by Jessica Rodriguez - Client Relationship Consultant. She was very knowledgable, efficient, personable, patient, considerate, kind, willing to go the extra mile to help me, and the positive list goes on and on. I was very stressed out about the things I needed to accomplish. Jessica was my saving angel. She guided me through the maze of burocracy. Again, I am so lucky to have had Jessica to help me. Kudos to the bank. You selected a stellar person as an employee.”
“The staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. The line however is always soooo long. The Chase on Hwy 18 closed leaving this branch the only one to serve Apple Valley. There are only two teller windows which makes everything take soo much longer. Also, the ATM outside is almost always out of money so you’re forced to go inside even when you didn’t plan to. I’ve waited in line upwards of 25 mins before…so plan your trip wisely.”

“US Bank is my favorite bank. I like all US Bank's alot. I trust them. A very nice bank. Ethical. It is inside Albertsons. It's a very small branch. It does everything that I need. There is a sign outside of Albertson's on highway 18 that says that there is a US Bank inside. After parking, use the door to the right and you are closer to the bank from that entrance. If you are looking for a bank, this is it. You'll be happy.”

“This bank has been reliable for me. I've delt with different tellers at this location and all have been helpful and pleasant. I would say their customer service is excellent. It's a new location further from my house but I prefer to drive further because of the better service.”
