“I do not bank with Chase. But when I frequent Starter Bros. Mkt. If not busy the tellers are friendly they seem very knowledgeable about checking accounts, what needs to be done if wanting to changing bank to there bank etc. I never heard a customer complaining about service even when they are super busy.”

“I have had accounts with U.S. Bank all the way back to when they were known as 'Star Bank' in Ohio. I have always received excellent service at this location in Adelanto. Recently I opened a business checking account and a business credit card, while cancelling one personal account. It did take a while with all the legalities/application/paperwork necessary on the business side of the house. Debra C provided excellent service and even called me back a few days later to review all that we had accomplished that day. You can expect to have a long wait during busy times (first of month, Saturdays), but that's nothing unusual. The tellers are exceptionally friendly and helpful as well. As a customer, I feel valued and I feel as though I matter.”

“I had read the reviews and was not looking forward to using it, especially on a Saturday. What a surprise: it opened promptly at 10:00, and the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly to everyone and very efficient. I was sixth in line at time of opening and out of there in less than 15 minutes!”

“Though it's often as busy as a sardine can here, I love the fact that I can do my banking on this town. It's not always easy to hop over to Hesperia Road to visit the only other location in my true neck of the woods. Sharing a location with Stater Bros. isn't bad either, since they are one of my typical shopping stops during the week. I don't bank everyday, but when I do this location tends to be where I go. Staff is courteous but perhaps overworked.”
