My bank teller today, Kimberly, displayed excellent customer service during my transaction and made me feel super welcomed!

Always busy! There’s always a line. It’s hit or miss, sometimes the lines move fast sometimes it doesn’t. It just depends on what kind of transaction people are doing. They have improved since the pandemic.

The Brentwood location is closed on the weekends. I suggest the Lonetree location opens until at least 4 p.m. It is not okay customers are being punished for it and have to line up before noon.
