“Erica has been nothing short of awesome! I was on call with Verizon customer care for over 3 hours trying to solve an issue I had with my line so I decided to visit the store and get some help. Erica (the general manager) showed true professionalism and was quick to tackle my problem. Within 5 minutes I was already out the store and couldn’t have been happier! She is truly knowledgeable, professional, quick on her feet and got great customer service! Thank you Erica you truly saved my day. Best VZ store I have visited no doubt about it”

This Metro by T-Mobile at Elverta and Walerga was a good experience. They actually had the phone I wanted, (unlike a few other metro stores).
The employees are knowledgeable. When I got my new phone the setup was quick.

(Though I did have to pay more because I didn't want a new number, I don't understand that policy style from T-mo/Metro on porting.)

And I would have to minus a half star for being signed up for an additional plan service addon without being asked (of which it can be found in the mymetro app usually) , though all phone retailers seem to pull that these days.

Otherwise a very good experience.”

“Most T-mobile locations have below average reviews so I was hesitant about having to go in person to get a phone. Thankfully I found this location and had a very pleasant experience overall. Purchasing the phone, activating a plan and transferring my information took way less time that I had anticipated. Staff was courteous and patient answering all of my questions.”

“Thank you to all who helped us on Aug 10. I blocked out for a minute my husband and the lady was holding me and can't can't carry and the man helped them and I was able to revived. Management and owner your Walmart saved me and now alive. The Indian lady asked you wanna us to call urgent care. I said no and went to Kaiser. So blessed no fractured . It's a lifetime I owed you guys. Walmart is our favorite store.”
