“They were sold out due to the huge fire there, and people had to evacuate their homes. So they trying to help people find places to go. Luckily I made my reservations months ago. The staff was very friendly and was willing to help in any way they could. This was a great experience.”
“I did not enjoy moving from a room with bad plumbing and having to move upstairs I am handicapped and it was not good when approaching the front desk asking if they could give us a discount they said that the manager would have to do that after multiple calls to the manager and no contact we shall be moving to another hotel on our next trip to the racetrack”
