Bea help me to fix my accounts and canceled a line.In other store they made me buy a phone because they said can't do upgrade with my same number. She reduced the prices. They put a higher plan and add a tablet that I didn't want to. Come this store. All of they are so kind and helpful.

Joel was an awesome help very helpful to me made the process understandable fast and easy and he was very kind and nice young man I recommend any and everyone to come to this metro PCS I will be back for my daughter's phone next week
