“All I can say is why did I wait this long to call Stephen and Ignacio. We agreed upon a date and time and they arrived on time just as committed. This review is during the Covid and they came with masks and worked in the living room area to run cables into our wall (hiding the mess from before) and they installed a mounting bracket to swivel a little side to side. Everything was done top notch including the clean up during the "wall work" - they even accommodated some not making too much noise during my wife's conference calls as she is working from home. When completed, the kids almost felt like we got a brand new TV, everything was just as promised. Hoping to have him back to do a speaker system and maybe some LED lights for ambient viewing - who would have known. I do now and you should too!”
“Machine was down! Vince Campion went beyond job duties to look for a gasket not easy to find. Asked personnel for help until it was accomplished. “I have been coming to this Metro for years .They are the most helpful and friendly employees that don't act bothered when you come in the store like the other metro a few blocks away . They have gotten me the best deals when other places never mentioned that deal was going on . Also they tell me when something is not right for me and go a different way even if it means they loose a few bucks cuz they showed me a cheaper way to set up new lines. In the past , Joel has been super good to me last few years explaining the product and answering all my dumb questions and yesterday he and Bo helped and we're so awesome Best metro in the O.C for sure. Joel and Bo are great”

“Highly suggest this place for any Ham visiting or in the area. Jeff was super helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and finding the perfect gear to fit my needs. Store had a great selection of all major radio brands - pretty much anything they had online. Value was better than Amazon - the ht antenna I purchased was ~$7 cheaper here than on Amazon. HRO is definitely my go to for ham radio gear from now on.”
“We had family coming in for the holidays and were short on beds so i walked in to Rent-A-Center and asked about bunk beds. Edith was outstanding in her customer service throughout the transaction process to delivery as well as pick up. Upon delivery they had bought a new set of bunk beds and assembled right there in our home. At pick up they were courteous and efficient and offered to vacuum before they left. Overall and great transaction with exceptional customer service.”

Long story short, I was cut off of the family plan by my sister and needed a new service line, as well as a new phone for both my partner and I. Christian was sympathetic to my situation, extremely patient, and very knowledgeable with all the questions we had. He went above and beyond with his customer service and was very helpful in picking a new phone number that was closest to what my previous phone number was. He even helped the suegra in creating an online T-Mobile account and made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free for us all. He was extremely thorough and genuinely just a nice person. “I've had no issues at all at this location. I've only dealt with the two main employees the woman and the man that I believe are married in their early 50's. They always have been nice to me, are FULLY versed in gun-laws (I saw a review on here that makes no sense based off my experience), and are pretty fair on prices. They don't bend much on the prices, like most pawn shops, but they aren't super outgoing friendly like some people may like, however they're nice enough and are serious as they should be. They remind me of people from the mid-west, people from California are d-bags and they aren't ones to talk about people being friendly or nice. But yeah, ignore the negative reviews, just because they're not trying to go over the moon with customer service doesn't mean they deserve a bad review.”

“"Allan PT/SCP1-NA" at Bosch, was able to give me the dimension for the distance form the tip of the knob up to the back of the arm when the compound is slanted to 50 degrees for the Bosch GCM12SD. This is not a regular dimension that is published so he had to get Bosch's second level of support to actually measure a unit that they had on hand and follow up with me via email.FABULOUS! That made the difference between buying the 10" or a 12" saw. Now I need to find a great price for this beautiful saw and I will buy it.THANK YOU ALLAN!”

“This has been my favorite 7eleven although it has gone through many different employees I still have gotten great service 99% of the time. Low key Monterey Chicken Taquitos are really good and also their mini tacos if you're looking for something quick. They do have a section of mexican chips which definitely is my favorite section when visiting the store. Only reason why I am giving it a 4star is because one of the girls looked annoyed when I asked if they no longer had mocha iced coffee... I understand it's a hassle to go in the back get a box of the iced coffee and place in the machine... but it's part of the job. Other than that I still go in and get what I need.”

“This is a larger 7-Eleven in the northeastern limits of West Anaheim. I do agree with the other reviewer who said the store is haphazardly stocked. They have enough rack/shelf space at this location to stock the Gardetto's Crisps Original Flavor but on 12/12/21 they didn't have it. I'm only in the area 2-4 times a year so don't expect to see much of me here regardless of what is or isn't in stock. The complete lack of poles or anything to which a bicycle can be locked in the parking lot forces me to leave my bike at another nearby business that brings me to the area those few times a year and walk nearly a quarter mile between here and there.”
