“I would say this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Their attention to detail goes above and beyond. My family of 5 got one of their deluxe rooms. We paid extra for the cot (basically a twin size bed that was amazing!) and it was waiting in our room when we arrived. Also in our room upon arrival was a great personalized welcome letter describing their amenities, a popcorn bucket filled with all kinds of goodies. Complimentary water was on the counter as well.We had a “turn down service” each night. They left chocolates on the bed and a menu for breakfast along with extra waters. It was so nice to come back from the parks and have this little extra bonus.Breakfast..wow! It was so nice to fill out the paper, hang it on our door and the sweet little lady would bring ALL our requests, even the little condiments, in a basket every morning. It was so nice not having to leave our room and eat. No limitations on the quantity and it was just perfect. My kiddos said the donuts were really good!! The croissant with egg and cheese was good too.Trolly ride…it’s so neat how each driver has their own special touch. One had my daughter ring the bell and then he had the whole shuttle sing happy birthday to her! Another had a little Mickey hand and was waving to everyone.I can’t say enough good things about this place. Again, probably the BEST place so have stayed. The rooms are super clean! The grounds are very well kept. The people are super sweet! They are super close to the park and you can easily walk if needed. The gym doesn’t open until 7 (wish it was earlier but it’s next to a room so that makes sense) but you get in some much walking anyway from going to the parks!!Thank you Candy Cane Inn for such. An amazing time! We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back!”

“Excellent hotel for a Disney stay. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. Welcomed every time you are leaving or arriving. Nice little restaurant in the main lobby. Rooms are great for a family stay with plenty of room. We had 6 guests in our room and never felt cramped or crowded. The Disney store in the hotel is pretty cool for a small souvenir shop. Walking distance to the park entrance and downtown Disney. Water park is a life saver, we had an extra day to kill and the kids loved it. Staff is friendly and the lifeguards are very attentive to each area of the park while the kids were going down the slide or playing in the splash pad areas. Great hotel for a fun stay!”

“Rooms are renovated. But you can tell the place has been "here" (iykyk). Small parking lot. Great service. They only serve coffee, you do get a 15% off from Danny's. 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. You can hear traffic and your neighbors TV (if it's loud). Other than that, it's pretty nice.

Nearby activities: Disneyland”

“Beautiful hotel with such thoughtful touches from the designers. Loved the grounds and how spacious everything was. Ended up in a room that was bigger than usual, and we were so comfortable. The winter months meant no swimming so we were unable to check that out but thats okay. Its not super close to the park as you have to walk the entire distance of downtown disney in order to get to the gates, be prepared for that.”

“For Disneyland trip, was perfectly close to walk! Valet only parking was a surprise but made for an appreciated sense of added security. Close to IHOP and Danny's, which was also a wonderful surprise. Beds could be a bit newer (felt the bed springs). Recommend the 5th or 4th floor, if you want a decent view of Disneyland fireworks.Rooms: Need newer beds. Fold out twin was a surprise.Nearby activities: DISNEYLAND!Safety: Valet only parking with parking lot security.Walkability: Easy walking to Disneyland entrance, Denny's and IHOP.Food & drinks: Door-Dash for room service!”

“When leaving the hotel very early in AM I left stuff behind. The night auditor grabbed my stuff tried to get my attention as we were driving away, but we didn’t see and he kept my stuff safe thank you from the bottom of my heart. We had to drive back two hours to get it and it was there and everything that I left was there.. Thank you so much to the night auditor. I’m so sorry. I forgot his name.. thank you !!! it gives Hope in the world for honest people.

Rooms: Room was nice. The view wasn’t so nice. We were facing the parking lot … Very nice front desk staff … I feel things just needed to be cleaner. Out in the lobby, all the windows had cobwebs. Just details cleaning need to be done. Things wiped down. My feet got really dirty when walking in the room without shoes. I had to keep my shoes on at all times …”

“Overall a nice hotel but the front desk staff could be a bit more friendly granted I checked in at almost 1am but I was not welcomed as a Hilton Honors member or offered the normal complementary waters that every other Hilton branded property offers. The person who checked me in also didn’t give me the rundown of the hotel so I assumed breakfast was free until the following morning.
Did not use any of the amenities (pool, gym) during my two night stay but the room was spacious and clean. I liked that they had a water refill station in the lobby.
Parking is bit steep at $35 plus tax a night so this hotel may be better for someone without a car especially since the resort shuttle bus system has a stop right outside the hotel.”

“The service at this hotel was excellent, and the meals were exceptional. The hotel is just a short walk away from Disney, so if you're looking for a place that's close to the park and reasonably priced, this is the perfect choice for you. Additionally, you can enjoy watching the fireworks display from the balcony of the hotel at night if you can't wait to see it at Disneyland.

Walkability: Easy walk to Disney land

Food & drinks: A lot of restaurants and food chains within walking distance”

“I stayed 3 nights and the room was very clean and spacious and the 3 days they cleaned it and it looked very good, it is also a 30 minute walk from Disney and 5 minutes from the convention center and 5 minutes from a 7 eleven, the friendly treatment of the staff I really recommend the hotel and would return again.”

“Room was are very spacious for a 6 person family. Service was great and very helpful. Pool area was clean with plenty of chairs. The best thing was that the hot tub was huge. The walk to Disneyland was only about 12-15 min but feels faster when you are power walking to get in line early in the morning.”

“Stayed here recently while we went to Disneyland. Our stay was great! We stayed in the studio with the kitchen. It was nice and clean and spacious. All the staff we interacted with were really friendly. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the parks. I also like that it has restaurants underneath it. There’s a blaze pizza, dumplings, Starbucks, and Walgreens. Also ihop next door. The only complaint is the WiFi wasn’t great. Besides that, Great location. Would stay here again.”

“The Staff is very Proffesional and this location is right across the street from the Disneyland Park. I have recommended many friends to this hotel and they have no complaints.”

“Rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was about a 10 minute or so walk to the park which was really great. You do have to pay for parking but the rooms are affordable so we didn’t mind that too much. Definitely recommend this place if you want a spot right down the street from the park!”

“This is a great location for those looking to enjoy Disney. We stayed here for the Disney Half Marathon and the location was perfect. About a 20 minute walk to the parks. The hotel has a quiet policy after 10pm which is really nice. The gym had some basic equipment, but they did the job. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was super friendly and helpful.”

“Really great surprise !
We spent a night close to Disneyland.

Room was spacious and clean. Nothing fancy, but all we needed was available !

The area is really nice - a small kid play area, swimming pool, tables.

Breakfast was included - really good DIY waffles. Not a huge selection, but that was good for us !

Staff was also nice. I would definitely recommend staying there :)”

“The room was nice and updated. It doesn't have the red blankets that you see in the photos. It even had an alarm clock to set your phone on to wirelessly charge. We did have a plumbing problem but they came up quickly to fix it. There's a kitchenette but no stove. The complimentary coffee was delicious. There are two tvs. One in the bedroom and the other in the kitchenette/sofa area. Parking is valet only and there was a $20/day service fee plus don't forget to tip the vallet driver when they bring your car. This location is within walking distance to the Disney Parks. We went to Knottsberry Farm so had to drive there and it was about 20 minutes with Saturday Spring Break traffic. They do not have a restaurant or breakfast on the premises but plenty of places within walking distance to eat. The pool area was small but adorable and they have complimentary towels. They had two Jacuzzis and a living room like lounging area to watch TV. They also have a nice play area with pool table, Pickleball table and Foosball Table. There are large tables there and nice lounging areas to kick back and watch TV. The rooftop deck has lounging areas to sunbathe and soak up some sun with fun music playing through the speakers. There is also an area set up to barbecue with tables.Rooms: The rooms were clean and and updated. The photos do not do the room justice. I thought it looked nicer in person.Nearby activities: Disneyland was very close.Safety: It's like many places in California where you may see homeless people or other sketchy people when walking around outside of the hotel.Walkability: Plenty of places to eat and drink at without driving.Food & drinks: Jersey Mike's and Starbucks are within a 5 minute walking distance a long with a few other places to eat.Noteworthy details: Disneyland was a 10-15 minute walk.”

“On checking in we was greated by a friendly receptionist. We were given a ground floor room looking onto the pool. The room was comfortable and clean. It would have been really handy to have a bedside cabinet both sides of the bed. But I did put a chair there. (I wear glasses) plus my medication. Maids cleaned daily but on a few occasions we just asked for bins to be emptied. I made the bed etc. It's not far to Disneyland at all. There are plenty of restaurants and Walmart isn't too far by car. The hot tub was relaxing but young children do play in it as well. So be mindful. I didnt use the pool but hubby did and said it wasn't that warm. So not sure if it's heated. We would definitely stay again if the price was right as since Jan bookings they do now charge for parking.”

“Very busy had to wait 20 mins for luggage carts. No Valet. Parking inside parking lot $30 fee for overnight parking. You can walk to convention center.Rooms: Nice with full kitchen but refrigerator door seal kept falling out. Pain in butt.Nearby activities: DisneylandThe pool and JACUZZI LOCATED OUTSIDE - DID NOT LIKE THAT”

“This place is very closed for you to go to Disneyland. There are only couples blocks away. The service is nice and the room is good. However, you have to pay $30 plus tax for the parking. If you want a microwave, you can ask for it without charging. ?Rooms: Room is good size for a family. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed.”
