Not good. Full of lies, with no opportunity to grow. A lot of the management is new and or inexperienced. Clearly a place trying to look better than it is, in the attempt to sell.

Cristek says they offer flexible schedules but that isn't true. My husband worked there for over a year and a half they told him he would be offered more oportunities to grow in the company. However, when he applied for another position in the company his main manager didn't want him to help him move up.
