I highly recommend this store and the owner should give this employee a raise for going above and beyond to assist me. I attempted to give Mario a tip, but I didn’t have cash & I could only put it on my card. I’m so impressed with this store that I’m in the rewards database, in case someone wants to reach out.?”

Jessica is so knowledgeable when it comes to parts and cars I absolutely was so thankful for her. She helped me install my new battery and it was quick and easy she is so sweet. “Came in here looking for parts that we couldn't find and Steph helped us out and was amazing! She looked up the parts, explained that the part we were looking for was out of stock, but that another OEM version was available and got us those. I've been to many oreillys and being a customer service manager myself, have never been impressed, but Steph was amazing.
