“Really glad they finally upgraded this store. My only complaint is training the person who bags the groceries better. I come home with smashed chips, and bread. I arrange my cold food and room temp items on the belt so it's easier to bag. When I give a cold bag to put my frozen and cold items in, they will put the cheezits in there and my frozen stuff in a regular bag.”

“This branch just reopened and it is light years faster than the other one on imperial, which quoted me 1 hr - 1 hr 30 minute wait time for a banker to help with my business acct. There are 6 bankers there and 2 ppl waiting. 2nd time in a week with these wait times and will probably never go there again. Dont go there, unless you want to spend your day staring at the inside of a bank. Instead, drive the 7 mins to this banking center and get everything done with the nicest and fastest bankers this side of imperial highway. Amal and branch manager (Think it was Denise) were incredibly fast and helpful - got things done before I knew it. This is what a banking experience should be like, painless.”
“Great Bank where you feel like they genuinely know who you are and care about your personal needs. I opened a CD there and was really glad I did ... they pay much more than the Other Banks. “I went in to withdraw from my checking account and I was in-n-out very quickly. The bank teller was friendly and provided me with the exact bills I requested. She was very professional and put the cash through the counter machine so that I can see the calculated cash as well. There were plenty of ATMs available for quick withdraw and deposits as well. The parking lot is small, but you'll find a spot as bank patrons leave after they're done. Note: This branch is open on Saturday and closes at 2pm, NOT 4pm as stated on Yelp's hours.”

“You know this bank may have only two tellers and lines a bit long but Banks in general always have long lines I've been to Chase and Wells Fargo and Banc of California all lines are long, what those banks lack in is customer service, Bank of America tellers and management will always help you out no matter what, I needed help to get a travel card due to the fact I was going to an international trip and wanted to get rewards for using the card they provided, it's safe to say that their security measures are on point and their rewards systems is the best compared to other Banks, Their banker (Dirar) explained everything from earning points to fraud protection, they've been stepping it up these Pat few months compared to how it was before. This place needed new management and I guess they acquired it.”

“I'm always happy when the app works to pay for my gas. Although it takes a little longer than swiping a credit card, it was more secure, and I love the paper trail. A fairly clean and easy to get in and out of Shell station. I have no complaints but nothing to really rave about either. In other words, it served its purpose for me getting gas before heading back to Orange County.”
