“I wanted to buy a telescope for my son to learn on and for me to get back into stargazing since it's been almost a decade since I sold my 6" newt. Lawrence and Mike were incredibly nice and professional and took all the time to talk to me about optics and general astronomy. I was glad that there was also a local brick and mortar store that I can support. They had a used 8" dob that was great for us and we're incredibly supportive. They will be my goto for anything astronomy related. The drive from the IE was absolutely worth it.”

“This is a wonderful coin shop! The selection is excellent and Dave and Tom are super friendly and very helpful. I live 40 minutes away and gladly make the drive because the experience and selection are that good. There are other solid coin stores in Orange County, but The Coin Corner is exceptionally special in my opinion. Very highly recommend if you're a seasoned collector, casual hobbiest, or stacker. They truly have it all.”

“I've been to The Realm a few times, and each time I've gone it's been great service and a great atmosphere. It's fun to walk in and see people enjoying some games while browsing the shop. The workers are super nice and are very encouraging, I asked for a recommendation on starting painting mini's and the guys there gave me a full crash course and showed me tons of great options from a huge selection. I can't recommend it enough!”

“I came to Velona as a last resort before ordering some expensive yarn online.This store is so much bigger than it looks from outside, and it is completely full of everything you might need for any type of fiber art craft. You could spend hours in this store and not see everything. There is every kind of yarn imaginable, plus crochet hooks, knitting needles, specialty tools, supplies for cross stitch/needlepoint, thread, notions, finished objects, and what appeared to be thousands upon thousands of pattern books (and that’s just what I noticed after my first visit.) There’s also vintage patterns and supplies that look to go back decades. If you’re looking for vintage, this is the place to go.The only real “con” is that it can seem a little unorganized to the casual shopper. But the owner knows where everything is, and can help you find anything, but if you want to just browse around it can be hard to find what you’re looking for.”

“I inherited a small collection of coins, stamps and jewelry from my late aunt. I looked at many different dealers that I was looking to bring my collection to, but after reading reviews specifically for Dennis and his OC Rare Coin- I decided to travel from the valley to their office in Orange. I was not disappointed! I really appreciated having a safe and private space to go rather than a counter with items that were somewhat sentimental. I felt my aunt had cared enough to save these items for so long, I wanted the same care to be given to them in their departure. Dennis met me with his partner Victor. Each of them meticulously went over every piece of my collection. They explained a lot to me, and took the time to connect with me personally. They were courteous, kind, and very honest. Dennis said typically they recommend getting different offers, and organized/itemized everything for me to take home and think about- but with the experience I had (not to mention hours spent) why would I want to go anywhere else?! I walked away feeling good about my decision and pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend!”

“Very kind staff and helped me with buying the right model with the right charger and transmitter AND battery. Has a test track I'm pretty sure where you can test you R.C cars. (check with staff) Has a variety of R.C models such as Planes Cars Tanks and Boats. R.C planes are perfect for all skill levels and has a variety of models, batteries, chargers, and transmitters. Ultimate hobbies has awesome action figures and unbuilt and built models for all ages. My #1 Favorite hobby shop!!”

“I love this place! For starters, it's located in the coolest window-shopping areas around! You could literally come to the Orange Circle alone, with friends, kids, or a significant other, purchase nothing and still have enjoyed yourselves. There is ample parking if you locate the many public lots around town. The Orange Army Navy is the perfect place to shop for trendy and winter clothing, armed service memorabilia, camping essentials, and tons more. My boyfriend actually scored some attractive flannels from Carhart and Billabong that were reasonably priced and took away the "I hate shopping" feel many men experience elsewhere. A true gem of a place. Now, I need to save money for those cute overalls I saw and the pretty sweaters, too!”

“This store is my second favorite anime store in Main Place Mall. I visit both before deciding on my hauls of the day. I love how many Pokémon plushes they have. They’re always really nice and not pushy like at another anime store on that same level. I feel at ease when I come here it has better energy than the other location (unsure of name). That other store has more Pokémon plushes but because of how they act is why we don’t buy from them. It’s something that’s come up in my family. We naturally gravitate here and don’t bother visiting the competition anymore. They also have some $1 small claw vending machines. Thanks for the friendly service.”

“It was a very busy day at Hobby Lobby due to the holiday season. Staff was mostly friendly. They had in stock what I needed though it was higher cost than other places (who were out of stock). I would go there again as they do have a wide range of decor, art supplies and other creative items.”
