“I visited this location on 5/11 was immediately met with an unfriendly face that tried to turn me away really fast without even trying to get me help. As i was preparing my leave a banker by Eric approached and was able to help me out above and beyond. The first banker told me they were busy for the next 2 days and Eric tells me he can get me in and even was about to stay late to help me figure my account and got me another appointment the next day to finish everything. I appreciate you Eric thank you”
