ONLY con is that the shop is really hot for some reason.”
“Just came back from this gem of a store! I need a new pair work boots but they didn't have the specific model and color I wanted. The highly professional store owner suggested I visit a corporate store as they are a Mom and Pop Store and don't get the latest models as quickly! His honesty and putting my needs ahead of his profit, made me decide to wait and order it through his store. He brought several shoes for sizing and his excellent fitting advice made me leave the store with a big smile. This will be my store for all my work related footwear!”

The staff here was very patient and thorough with explaining their different styles of pants, the expected fit, the wear, and so forth. They gave my bf several different pairs to try on, but to his dismay, none of them fit right. We were still very pleased with the experience, no matter!”
“I organized a holiday fun activity for my work team and it was the BEST ACTIVITY EVER. Everyone enjoyed it, our instructors were fantastic- great attitude, kind, super helpful, and patient. Even my teammates who were nervous about having to do a hands-on creative activity loved the process and made their shoes their own. We were there for 5hrs but the time flew by! Excited to do this workshop again and bring new folks and a different pair of all white sneakers to customize.”

“Alexis was so knowledgeable of the different styles of boots and work boots. She was so helpful in making sure the fit was right. Alexis even suggested inserts for the ultimate comfort and boy was she right. Her suggestion to get a cleaning kit also came with a detailed explanation of how to clean and care for the boots which I really appreciate. Red Wing brand is a high quality product. My experience at this location was amazing.”

“The shoes are great. They help you try on shoe with stocking, no bare feet allowed, which is good.But from one of the younger sales has a attitude problem. Seems like she either doesn't want to work there or hates the customers. She was quite rude by the way she talked and asked questions.Overall, the store is great, just not the young lady.”

“Lemon Frog Shop is an absolutely wonderful vintage store, and I highly recommend checking it out for any of my fellow vintage clothing lovers!! I've found so many incredible items there, and for excellent prices (especially by LA standards haha). The store's layout makes it extremely easy to shop efficiently- everything is organized by price range, item category (tops vs bottoms vs dresses vs accessories, etc), AND size, so it's very straightforward to find what you're looking for without having to dig through everything else! (but it's also still plenty easy to just browse/see what cool pieces you find if you don't have something more specific in mind). While the store itself and all the pieces there are fantastic, the biggest reason I wanted to write this review is the owner- you can tell how much passion has gone into this store just by interacting with her. She's very knowledgeable about her pieces, extremely helpful with any questions you might have or anything you might be looking for, and just super kind/friendly/a lovely person overall! She's truly made every one of my visits to Lemon Frog so far an above and beyond experience each time, and I'm definitely looking forward to going back again soon!!!”

“Like Ollivander’s wand shop for kids shoes! This place is incredible! Bring your babies and kids in and they measure their feet and take a look to see what shoes will fit them best. My baby has a high instep and was measuring 2 sizes bigger than what we had him in originally. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable it must have been! So glad we came in”

“I have been going there since 2011. They have amazing customer service and can do the impossible. I had a pair of Saint Laurent shoes that the heel was damaged and they were able to get it fixed. I trust them with all my designer shoes. For designer shoes, it might take more then 3-4 days to get the shoes back, but for an amazing job, what is an extra 2 days?”
“I was recommended getting my feet scanned and when I did, I was shocked on what my actuall size was. Realized I was getting a bigger fit size to compensate for my wide foot.I was skeptical, so the person who helped me out let me compare other sizes to compare fit.”

“This is a gem of a store with the best store associates. Not a single time I’ve walked in and had ever have a bad or even mediocre experience. The store associates are so kind, so helpful, so caring and so polite and welcoming you would think you are the center of the world for them! Today, upon my visit, I was helped by Talin and she was so sweet, kind and ready to help with a huge smile on her face. She is not the only one with this attitude. Everyone are the same.”

My boyfriend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, the girl that grabbed our shoes for us was super quick and brought me multiple options, which was really helpful. The manager was super friendly, and Seven who rung us up was was great. Awesome store with a killer team”

“Service was great. I came in to return some snowboard boots online. Landon helped me out. He was really cool to talk to and you could tell he loves his job. My situation was a bit tricky since I was returning an online order, but Landon & his coworker were able to handle it effectively. I didn't get to look around much but they had a lot of cool graphic shirts that I tried on.”
