Johnathan in lumber made my cuts perfectly and the gentleman in the front of the store (sorry I didn't catch your name sir!) always treats me with respect and courtesy. The last time I came in he helped me find the perfect nut and bolt for my bike. Basically your perfect neighborhood store for everyday tasks. Thanks y'all.”

“I have been dependent on Baller Hardware for decades. Now that I am "oldish" I have to thank them for recommending Richard Myer ( I am not sure of the spelling...he goes by "Mya"). A true craftsman, he has twice come to my rescue! Having Baller Hardware is real " community". They find the solutions!”
“I went to buy a bottle of self-spray paint. The two cashiers I met at the checkout were very nice and provided enthusiastic service. I happened to have 1 dollar left in my wallet, so I gave her a tip. I was very satisfied with her service. But the young male salesperson was very impatient. He kept complaining from the beginning when I asked him about the color of the self-paint. Although I couldn't understand what he said, it felt like the customer owed him eight hundred dollars.”

“This is a throwback to the old fashioned Hardware Store from years ago, before the big box stores (Home Depot, etc) showed up. Fifty years ago, there ware half a dozen of them in the local area, now just two that I know of... I stopped in here recently for a special item.Noticed first that they have EVERYTHING .. the store is packed with every kind of item. Next, there was alot of helpful bilingual staff for such a small shop. Also noticed quite a few contractors in the aisles, shopping for hard to find items. I've been back several times now ... more conveniently located than the local big box places.”
“Great store. Obviously the exterior is really cute and old timey, but the inside is great too. Reminds me of local hardware stores I'd go to with my dad as a kid. The vibe and smell is nostalgic. I was looking for a kind of specific little hardware piece- I brought one for example and the attendant walked me over, and helped me find it. He was diligent and patient, and taught me what the actual thing was called. (A hitch pin, if you're curious) I was able to buy just a handful just as many as I needed, and was on my way. I honestly would love another reason to visit but I'm just glad this place exists”

“Super convenient, well stocked, helpful service from a wonderful local hardware store. I had a leaky shower valve to fix and the kind lady helped me step through the items that I needed to complete the repair. Fortunately the store is not far away, so going back and forth to the store while diagnosing the issue wasn't an issue. A HUGE plus for this local gem of a hardware store. The parts and tools I purchased were of good value and made in Taiwan. Fixing the leaky shower was made much easier by this store. If one is close by, I recommend stopping here first to find parts and small supplies for your DIY repair.”

My issue with Eagle Tools, is their markup.
They have products that have been on the shelves for a very long time. They mark them up to current prices on basically on old stuff, therefore creating enormous profits.
Call them on there markups, they can very be expensive.”

“I came in for our will-call pick up order, and Ro gave an excellent quick pick up order receipt for me to sign and for the guys outside for loading Always a great service at Ganahl Lumber. They have excellent team and the forklift guys are amazing drivers and great loading up. It's entertaining just watching them. Thank you Ganahl team!!”

“I went to this location with little expectation of getting my questions answered because I was certain I had irreversibly messed up my apartment walls by retouching spots with the wrong kind of paint. I had the right color, but was using an egg shell paint on a flat painted surface...which I didn't notice until I had retouched the entire townhouse before realizing that it was drying with a shine instead of flat. I had covered all our walls with these shiny spots and it looked horrible. At this Dunn-Edwards location, I was helped by Stephen, who was so patient and supportive in guiding me through how to potentially correct my mistakes. He was kind, informative, and eager to get the right match. And he was 100% right in his suggestions. It worked beautifully and my horrible amateur painter mistakes were corrected! I'm so very grateful for his help!”
“Awesome Plumbing supply. Went there to buy a new faucet for my kitchen and they gave me options and the best option to buy. My plumber installed the faucet and it works great! They also had home made cookies, chocolate candy, and fruit for the customers. They handed out free pens as well! I would recommend Red Supply, Inc.”
