“It can be hard to find a batting cage in the IE, and even harder to find one that is open during the day. APC is close and open all day!!! And they have great teachers who can tell are very passionate about baseball. My son loves it there. Look forward to making it a regular thing with him.”

“Ive been on the hunt for a good flying disc for a while now. I’ve looked at multiple stores like petsmart and pet supply plus but without any luck. My friend Abby recommended the Hero 235 disc and it has been a GAME CHANGER. My dogs and I are constantly playing frisbee now. These are durable and reliable disc. Highly recommend !”

“Exceptional customer service!! I called the day before Thanksgiving to ask if they had a particular shoe available in a particular size. They did, so I asked of they could set it aside for me to pick up later that day. They offered to hold them until Saturday. I was not able to go on that day or on Black Friday so I went in on Saturday and they actually still had my pair of shoes on hold!! We visit this store almost every other month for first aid supplies, clothes, shoes gifts and other things for my husband, myself and two teenage children. We always find what we need as this place is well stocked.”

“April was very helpful. Right when I walked in, she asked did we need any help. I explained It was our first time in any New Balance store, we'd never owned a pair of New Balance shoes, and I know absolutely NOTHING of New Balance shoes.I was told to come to New Balance from my 13 year old son's podiatrist, because my son was born with the club foot and he is starting to roll it outwards very badly; which is negatively affecting his gait.April stayed with us the whole time, helping him try on 2 different sized shoes. His right foot is 2.5 sizes smaller than the left foot.I appreciated the fact that she noticed with the pair on sale that his foot was still rolling to the side a good amount. I noticed it as well, but me knowing nothing about these new types of tennis shoes on the market nowadays, I thought, that's as good as it's going to get.She said, "I'll be right back." And came back with a more expensive 2 different sized shoes. There was a HUGE DIFFERENCE in stability with his foot. Ultimately, I dropped $400 on identical 2 different sized sets of shoes, but it was well worth it. I'd rather pay for the more expensive shoes to get our desired result; and I appreciated that April gave me both price options.All 3 of us could tell the $200 shoes were what my son's club foot needs. April is very knowledgeable in her work, very pleasant, positive, and helpful.Thank you to the other workers who helped restock the shoes we didn't get. Your cashier was very friendly too.This was an awesome first experience with The New Balance Family.Thank you so much for your help, April!!”

“Whoever was working the front desk today was super nice. I purchased some used callaway irons and I'm excited to try them out. Got them at about half off the new purchase price. The only criticism I have was I wasn't aware of any sales associates on the floor. Maybe I came in the middle of a shift change, but luckily the cashier was able to help me with my purchase! “Joe is very knowledgeable and customer service is exemplary. He assisted me with re drilling all of my balls as they were done incorrectly by another pro shop, hense why I am recovering from a thumb injury. Now my ball feels correct and there's no strain on my hand. I drove from Corona to Upland as I was referred to him by another fellow bowler. I will continue to go to Joe for all of my bowling ball needs. He is located in the Bowlero alley in Upland. In addition to this, I didn't have to wait a week or two like most places. The turn around time was awesome!!! Thanks Joe!!!”

Online orders can't be returned immediately in-store, but bring your shipping box with the shoes and they'll get you a label and ship them back for you and the return processes when they receive them back.I passed the 30-day return deadline, and the super nice guys working at the counter said I could exchange them in-store since the online order dept. said I was SOL.”

Their service was excellent as I worked with their Operations Manager Jennie Lee by email to design and have custom embroidery done on a black belt. The job was done beautifully and in a timely manner. The value was outstanding since I went in to pick it up, they adjusted the pricing for the correct type of belt I had ordered. I am very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend them for your custom belt embroidery needs.”

“Wow, I was not expecting to make a review, but both the man in the back and woman up front went above and beyond. The male employee looked up what I was looking for and even gave me a suggestion of where I could find it since Big 5 didn't carry it. The female employee greeted me very kindly and took the time to explain how their sales worked when I inquired if a kayak I was interested in ever goea on sale. None of this ever happened at the other location I was at earlier in the day. The store is cleaner, more organized, but the employees really made all the difference!”
