“I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Mike, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by his exceptional service from start to finish. I called Grafix Designs about putting a logo on 2 singlets I needed. He asked a few questions, requested the image via email, we spoke again on the phone for sepecifications and within 3 hours, the heat transfers were done. He informed me that I can come in any time to put them on. IT WAS THAT EASY!!! I came in to have them put on. I was in and out of his shop in 15 minutes. The entire process and experience went seamlessly. Mike's friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the entire experience enjoyable. I was afraid that he would turn me away since I only needed 2 of these done, but I didn't get that feeling at all. I couldn't be happier with the result. I wholeheartedly recommend Grafix Designs. Their quick correspondence, efficiency, great customer service, speedy service, and affordability make them a standout choice in the industry. I will definitely be returning for all my future needs.”

“Manny was super sweet and kind. I'm so glad I got referred to the Little Copy Shop in Chino. He was able to print my 1000+ pages same day (within hours). He stayed open after closing as a courtesy for me and even discounted the copy prices for a Homeschool mama like me. THANK YOU! I didn't even expect him to track the black and white from the color in my MULTIPLE multi page downloads. Homeschool mama's know what type of documents I'm talking about. I emailed him like 3 zip files with a screen full of folders and pdfs in it. But MANNY got it done. Also I was only charged black and white prices for blk and wht pages and only charged color prices for color pages which was a HUGE help. I didn't even know he could track things like that. Overall I saved time and money. It was WAY more affordable and convenient to use the little copy shop than going to the library or staples like I typically do for prints. If you are in the Chino area (and even if you are not) I highly recommend using the little print shop! ?”

“Update dec 2023: wanted to buy two-pack of HP black ink, but they only had single pack or combination black and color, so I bought the single pack. My old review still applies:This Office Depot is small, but I can usually find the few items I use on a regular basis such as printer ink and printer paper. Because of supply chain issues caused by Covid, there were a few times when they didn't haven the printer ink I needed. I always check the clearance items and have found small things I wasn't looking for but were practical and will make great gifts.”

“I love coming to this location when I need to get my school work or any other documents printed. They charge the same amount as the library at my college and is super convenient since it's down the street from my house. I believe it's $0.10 for a single document in black and white and a few extra cents more if you would like your documents to be printed in color. To get your documents printed all you have to do is forward the document to their email and upon arriving just let them know that you sent something over to be printed. The staff is always very nice and welcoming :) I would recommend coming here for your mailing and printing needs. :) *they also take passport pictures if you're ever in need for one.”

“My first time at this Office Depot. I was greeted very friendly by a smiling young lady with a name badge Justice upon walking into the store. I looked around and they had about 6 customers in the store with my view. Looks like any standard office supplies stores. I had to make an enlargement photo through their website and this was the closest location to pick up. They offered 20% on this service too. Their estimated was 24 hours but surprisingly they got it done within four hours and I got a text that the job was completed. My purpose is to pick up the photos but I brows around and found this great sale deal of a 27 gallon, heavy duty and stackable bin for $13.49. I brought 4 even I didn't need it but I know I will later. I went to check out and pay and was greeted by Justice again. She was very friendly, and the purchase transaction was quick. I commented that she has a great name. I saw many 1 star reviews for this place. I think people tend to give a bad review more to a business when they are upset. My review is an honest an assessment that equates to the Yin&Yang force which makes the world turns.”
