I called Grafix Designs about putting a logo on 2 singlets I needed. He asked a few questions, requested the image via email, we spoke again on the phone for sepecifications and within 3 hours, the heat transfers were done. He informed me that I can come in any time to put them on. IT WAS THAT EASY!!! I came in to have them put on. I was in and out of his shop in 15 minutes. The entire process and experience went seamlessly. Mike's friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the entire experience enjoyable. My review will be based on that.I have used this company to print shipping labels which I email to them and they will print when I get to their location, pay and be on my way.Same thing with faxing documents, I have fax documents from here and have not had any problems with the staff.Like at any other place if the ladies are busy helping a client, you wait until is your turn. Yes, sometimes they do take their sweet time, maybe because they are getting paud hourly and are in no rush.I'm not sure if they also send money to other countries but usually Friday and Saturday is crazy busy.”
