I booked an appointment for the next day.Brendan showed up at my home right on time, explained to me what he's going to do, and got the job done in under a few hours. He did such a fantastic job. I haven't seen my car looking this good, ever! I had some pretty deep stains in a couple seats and Brendan was able to get most of it out - even better than I had hoped.
