“I have been coming here for last 4 yrs or so. Good, solid drive through car wash. Does a good job and worth the price. Twice I've had problems with the credit card machine and both times the owner made it right. Once I called the number listed and he took my info and promptly sent me a refund. The second time I had an issue I saw the owner the next time I went in for a wash. (I didn't have a chance to call him yet.) I told him of the problem and again, he reimbursed me right then and there. He also explained to me the little "issue" when zipping my credit card and why that was causing problems (user error...).One minor con-the vacuums need to have a longer cycle. The drive thru car wash across the street (too expensive and not as good) has free vacuums. Free would be nice.Great service, good solid car wash. Totally worth the price.”
“My husband just got home from Pony Express & was telling me about the great customer service he received. His car was really DIRTY with dried on tree sap, etc. The employee let him go through the wash a second time for free and even gave him a full sized hand sanitizer & wished him a happy Father's Day! It's unfortunately rare these days to receive that kind of customer service. Plus his car looks great!”
