“Came in after I accidentally ripped off my valve stem going through a drive through car wash with a track lol. (*Note - they stop taking cars after 3:30pm on Fridays -so be there well before then.) Arrived at 3:00PM and saw that they were pretty slammed so didn't expect to get it back too promptly. I thought only the valve stem itself needed to be replaced after changing the tire to my spare, but they notified me I would need a new tire since the original was slashed as well. I waited for a bit but didn't mind because they were busy, until they notified me the tire needed to be replaced and that they would throw on a (used - but fairly new) tire they had removed from someone else's car with more tread than mine. I wasn't even upset, definitely pleasantly surprised. No longer than 5 minutes later, I was given my key back and was go to go at no charge. They might be really busy but they'll get you taken care of with good intentions in mind!”
