“I have very high standards when it comes to customer service, especially when it comes to banks and other financial institutions. For me, I like to do business with local companies and support them whenever I can. For almost 10 years now, I've been a customer of SDCCU and every branch has treated me like a VIP. My main contact has been Laura Garcia, Financial Services Representative. She has always been able to assist me with any problems or questions I've had - whether it be fraudulent checks, identity theft and just recently an issue with PayPal. There were funds withdrawn from my account and Laura took the time to explain how to work with PayPal and retrieve my funds back into my account. Her customer service is exemplary which is why I do business here. Plus, they offer great interest rates on auto loans and credit cards! I love personalized service and that's why I'm a loyal customer.”
“This is the closest Wescom location to my home, and it's always easy to get to and from. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and it's a really nice location. I bring my daughter here often to redeem coins, which members can do at free or reduced cost. I've been a member at Wescom for more than 25 years, and have no plans to ever leave them. There's also an ATM right out in front of the building, which is obviously available 24 hours a day. If for some reason it's not working, the convenience store in this plaza has one that is free to use for Wescom members.”

“Eagle Community is amazing. I learned of them when I got my first auto loan with them. They had the best interest rate compared to the competition approvals. I in turn referred 2 of my children and am referring others soon. I also just got a 2nd auto loan with them with an amazing rate! The cash back checking acct offered is filled with rewards! Michael Tran is who helped me whom we built a great rapport with turns out he is a comic fan just like us!! He explained the details of what the membership entails and answered all questions! “I went in and was helped out by Omar Rios, he was a very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, informative, professional individual. He helped me with the refinancing of both my vehicles, and helped me apply for a personal loan to help alíviate the high interest rates on my credit cards. He definitely went out his way to do what was necessary to ensure my necessities were met. After all his help I felt the need to start banking with this bank seeing how much they care for their members. It's safe to say I'm now a new happy and satisfied Nuvision member.”

I came in today Monday around 9:20 am to open up an account with them, unfortunately I was not able to, but regardless, the staff was very welcoming, helpful, and kind.ATM located up front. Good amount of parking.Only complaint that I would have, is the Navy Fed website in general (Nothing to do with this location in particular). It wasn't very responsive, I tried it on an iPhone, laptop, desktop, also used chrome and safari.”
“Westcom is the best credit union I ever had. Great lines of credits to buy cars, and the lowest interest among regular banks if you become a responsible user. Great customer service. I was oversees and my car was denied, I just made a call they check my account and my card was approved for future purchases, in 3 minutes customer service solved my problem. I am very please, I recommend friends and family members to open a bank account with Wescom based on my excellent experience.”

Larissa was able to assist me and my son (who is in another state) with a couple of transaction that I didn’t feel comfortable doing at an ATM machine. This location is accessible to BCU members, non-employees or employees of Edwards Lifesciences.”
